Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Ground beef
  • ½ teas. Minced garlic
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • ½ C. Celery sliced
  • ½ C. Carrots chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Chopped tomatoes INCLUDING juice
  • 4 C. Vegetable soup stock
  • ¼ C. Macaroni, uncooked
  • ¼ C. Rice uncooked
  • 1 can (7 oz.) Pork & beans
  • 1 teas. Basil
  • 1 teas. Salt
  • Pepper to taste

Step 1

Brown beef

Step 2

Add garlic, onion, celery and carrots. Cook

Step 3

Add tomatoes and soup stock

Step 4

Boil, then simmer for 45 minutes

Step 5

Step 6

Simmer another 30 minutes
