  • Dark red kidney beans
  • white rice
  • diced ham
  • Sazon seasoning
  • adobo seasoning
  • vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ham in vegetable oil with some Sazon and adobo seasoning until warm then add drained red kidney beans and cook until nice and hot

Step 2

Cool rice throughly and when it is done add Sazon seasoning for flavor and color and then add the bean and ham mixture

Step 3

Serve as a main dish or a side
