- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb cooked bacon
- green onions
- 3 lbs red potatoes

Step 1
boil potatoes in crab boil until tender. drain and put into a large mixing bowl. mix butter, sour cream and bacon into hot potatoes. add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve warm or cold.

- Olive oil
- Soy sauce

METHOD
- Lightly sautée the peanuts until golden.
- Take the carrots and cut into thin slices.
- Peel the mango and slice into thin strips.
- Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
