Ingredients

  • 8 oz Buddig corned beef coarsely chopped
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • pumpernickel cocktail bread

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare your crock pot for use
Coarsely chop the corned beef
Drain the sauerkraut

Step 2

Mix the first 6 ingredients in 1-1/2 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for three to four hours. Serve with pumpernickel cocktail bread. Makes about 4 cups.

  5. Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
  6. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. Slice and serve!
