Ingredients
- 32 oz package of hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 pound or more of browned hamburger
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pint of sour cream with chives
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion (optional)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of crushed corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons of melted margarine or butter

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
Brown 1/2 to 1 lb of hamburger.
Crush the corn flakes.
Melt the butter.
Chop the onion if you choose to use it in the recipe.
In a bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, onion and milk.
Step 2
In a large casserole, put 1/2 package of hash browns. Evenly spread 1/2 of the browned hamburger, then pour half of the soup and sour cream mixture over the hamburger and hash browns. Then sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Step 3
Repeat the hash brown, hamburger, soup/sour cream, and cheese steps for another layer.
Step 4
Evenly spread the crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture and then pour the melted margarine/butter over the corn flakes.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Diced, cooked chicken can be substituted for hamburger.
The corn flake/butter topping can be eliminated for a lower calorie dish.

Ingredients
- Ground meat
- Coriander, chopped
- Onions, minced
- Egg

- Cheddar (cube and slice)
- Canola Oil
Method
Chop coriander and mince onions
Mix the meat, coriander, onions, pepper and salt in a large bowl
With your hands, shape the meat into a large ball
On a clean surface, flatten the ball and place a cube of cheddar on top
Cover the cheese with the edges of the meat, creating a ball again
Place in a pan and let one side simmer in canola oil
Flip the patty and place a slice of cheddar on top
Place the lid on the pan and let cook to desired texture
Put the patty in a bun with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
