Preparation
Step 1
Brown that beef up in a hot skillet. DO NOT get it too hot, or you could start a fire.
Step 2
Once the beef is soft and brown, remove from skillet and towel dry.
Step 3
Open that sweet paste and smear it on the beef. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Step 4
Milk and dice your onions. Set the onion milk aside for later.
Step 5
Add diced onions, chili powder, pastey brown beef, and water to a pot, and bring them bunnies to a boil.
Step 6
Once your chili smells right, drizzle that onion milk on top of it and give it a good stir.
Step 7
Let it heat up to the desired temperature, then eat it when you reckon it's safe.
If the onion is a little soft, that's probably for the best; it helps you really squeeze them milky darlings and get them good and soggy.
