Mini Zebra Muffins
These Zebra Muffins are adorable and delicious!
DEFAULT TITLE
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Olive Oil
- Milk
- Flour
- Baking Powder
METHOD
- Separate egg whites from yolk
- Whisk egg whites then add sugar, then set aside
- Put egg yolks in another bowl and whisk with sugar
- Mix in olive oil and milk
- Add whipped egg whites and fold into mixture with a spatula
- Divide into two new bowls
- Pour cocoa powder into one bowl and vanilla extra into the other
- Put vanilla mixture into each well of muffin tin
- Add a smaller layer of the cocoa mixture.
- Keep layering then top with the smallest layer of vanilla
- Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
- Serve!

- 6-10 potatoes (depending on size), peeled and cut into bite size pieces

- 1-2 chopped yellow onions

- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1 – 1 ½ quarts chicken stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups half & half

Combine the ingredients in the food processor to make a very smooth soup
- 1 can cream of potato
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- about 1./4 onion, either grated or finely chopped
- 1 3/4 cups light cream (Hale cream or half and half or if you prefer,
- milk pepper to taste fresh chives, chopped
