Ingredients for 4 servings
Bechamel:
3 cups (70 cl) milk
2 oz. (50 g) slightly salted butter, cut into cubes
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp (50 g) flour
2 pinches of fine sea salt
2 pinches of freshly cracked black pepper
2 pinches of ground nutmeg
½ organic lemon, zested
1 small onion, peeled and minced
1 tbsp olive oil
5 oz. (150 g) smoked salmon, chopped into small pieces
Lasagna:
1/2 lb (250 g) no-boil lasagna noodles
10 1/2 oz. (300 g) smoked salmon
1/4 cup (40 g) grated parmesan
1 1/4 cup (300 g) fresh mozzarella, cut into cubes
