This deliciously creamy tuna tart is not only tasty, but super versatile. A simple dish to whip up after a busy day, half of the ingredients are probably already in the pantry. Enjoy with a salad, or buttered baby potatoes and veggies. Here's how to make it:
Ingredients (for 6 people):
1 tin tuna
1 onion (chopped)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup milk
1 cup cheese
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together (without the cheese).
Pour into a tart mould and liberally sprinkle cheese on top.
Put in oven for 30 min. Once baked, sprinkle over the paprika and serve.
