Tuna Tart

This deliciously creamy tuna tart is not only tasty, but super versatile. A simple dish to whip up after a busy day, half of the ingredients are probably already in the pantry. Enjoy with a salad, or buttered baby potatoes and veggies. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients (for 6 people):

  • 1 tin tuna
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp paprika 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together (without the cheese).
  3. Pour into a tart mould and liberally sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Put in oven for 30 min. Once baked, sprinkle over the paprika and serve.
