Salad: Here's How To Prepare It If You Really Want To Lose Weight!
We commonly imagine that salads are the dietary dish par excellence. If you're wanting to lose weight, it's seems obvious - choose the salad. This would be correct, except for the fact that often, these salads are being added to. There are certain ingredients that can turn a salad from a healthy bet to a calorific waste.

Salad is slacking!
When we start dieting, we immediately prepare ourselves for the weeks cold, light, and relatively cheap salads. That's not bad at all... but then when it's sitting in front of you, your tongue goes numb just looking at it. Bor-ing. So you turn to the other option - the mixed salad. This is not always a bad idea, but you have to be careful. Many of the ingredients that are added to these are purposefully selected to add substance to such a lean dish. This could make the salad a real calorie bomb! You wouldn't even realize it, but abundantly seasoned, with added tuna, mozzarella and corn, and accompanied by bread, sometimes they have more calories than a plate of pasta with vegetables. If you really want to eat a lean salad, here's how to prepare it:
Ingredients
- A head of radicchio, some lettuce, and pimpinella
- Pachino tomatoes cut in half
- Several slices of green apple
- Four walnuts
- Tofu cubes
- Cucumber
- Shredded carrots
- Dress it with oil and vinegar
Mix it together and enjoy!
