Cake & Cookies

If your microwave has a convection feature you can absolutely bake a full-sized cake in it, otherwise it's best to stick to mug cakes. If using the convection oven, use the same baking time and temperature as you would for a conventional oven. For individual mug cakes, microwave them on high for about one minute, but note that they won't brown. It's the same story for cookies. Use the convection mode for batches of cookies, but stick to an individual serving in basic microwaves.
