When in Louisville, visit the Passtime Fish House for excellent fried fish plates in a local dive bar atmosphere. Inside, the place is covered in signed dollar bills and historical photos. On your plate, you'll find heaping portions of fried fish deliciousness, including hand-cut cod and one of the best fish sandwiches in town. Service can be hit or miss, but the place is pretty popular, and let's be honest, you're just there for the food.
