Lunch
When King Charles III turned 70, his former official website published 70 facts about His Royal Highness. One of them is that he does not eat lunch.
Former royal correspondent Gordon Rayner provided a reason for this surprising habit when he revealed to the Telegraph in 2018: "Lunch is seen as a luxury that gets in the way of his work, so he eats a late breakfast and works through."
Although it's not recommended to skip meals, studies on mice have shown that calorie restriction through fasting has benefits (at least for animals) that include reduced weight, improved blood sugar control, less frailty and an extended lifespan.
King Charles III is also known to take walks during lunchtime, which is another healthy habit that keeps him active throughout the day.
