The "official" break of the day is at 5 pm, when the King takes tea, a chance for him to recharge, often with the Queen Consort Camilla, with sandwiches and a piece of fruitcake. And much like his late mother, who was conscious about food waste, the King follows in her footsteps by storing any leftovers in Tupperware.
