Quick and Easy Overnight Oats with Fruit

Oatmeal is a great breakfast option for weight loss, as it's filled with fiber to keep you full for hours and stave off cravings. Even better, it goes really well with fresh fruits and plant-based milks, which will give you natural energy to start the day.

To prepare, combine 1/2 cup of rolled oats with 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/4 non-fat Greek yogurt, and stir well to completely immerse the oats. Store in the fridge overnight. The next morning, top with fresh fruits and a little cinnamon for a sweet finishing touch.
