Use Up Leftover Egg Whites

Don't throw out leftover egg whites! They'll keep for 4 days in the refrigerator and at least 6 months in the freezer. In either case, all you have to do is keep them stored in an airtight container. If you decide to freeze them, take them out of the freezer and let them sit one night in the fridge before using.
