Store Over-Ripe Fruit

Over-ripe fruit can be stored for 2-3 days in the fridge. Simply place the fruit, cut side down on a small plate that has a couple of drops of vinegar or table salt on it. When you're ready to eat the fruit, simply cut off the bit that was in the vinegar and eat the rest of the fruit.
