Linguine Arrabbiata w/ Broccoli & Cured Ham

Step 1

Cut the broccoli into small florets. Blanch them for 2 minutes in a saucepan filled with boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 minutes more.
