The Kitab al-?ab?? is a medieval Arabic cookbook that was written by Ibn Sayyar al-Warraq, a 10th century culinary scholar. The title translates to The Cookbook or  The Book of Recipes  in English. It is considered one of the oldest and most complete culinary works of medieval Arabic cuisine.

The book consists of over a thousand recipes covering a wide variety of dishes, ingredients and cooking techniques of the period. It includes recipes for soups, stews, meat dishes, poultry, fish, desserts, drinks and condiments. In addition to recipes, the Kitab al-?ab?? provides information on dining etiquette, culinary practices, and eating habits of medieval Arab society.
