Churrasco just like in Brazil

We all know that the barbecue is a symbol of Brazilian cuisine!  In Brazil, churrasco is actually the term for a barbecue, having priginates in the couth of the country. 

A traditional churrasco uses a variety of meats including pork, sausage, and chicken and are cooked on the grill.

The grilled meat is best enjoyed with tangy avocado sauce, a green pesto, or a delicious chimichurri (usually made from fresh oregano, parsley, and cilantro - yum!)
