Corn

Nothing beats corn on the cob during the summer months! And best of all, it's super good for you.

Vegetables that contain a lot of starch are considered to be high-quality carbohydrates, full of fiber and nutrients which give you energy. Corn is packed with the stuff, meaning it might stop you feeling so lethargic in the heat.

Corn also contains vitamin B6, which helps produce serotonin. Seotonin is responsible for your mood changes, and figures out the best time for your body to sleep, think, and even spark up feelings of sexual desire!
