You Can Freeze Rice and Pasta

It might come as a bit of a surprise, but did you know you can freeze rice and pasta dishes without a problem. So, when you have a surplus of paella or a pasta bake, put it in an airtight container, and freeze it straight away.

Once you're ready to eat the rice dish, cook it straight from frozen. Place it in a skillet, add a couple tablespoons of water, and cover. Cook on a low-heat and stir often, adding more water if needed to prevent sticking and burning.

Once you're ready to eat your pasta bake, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 375°C for an hour until the center is piping hot. Remove the foil and enjoy!
