Pasta Salad

There's othing like a delicious pasta salad as a side, or even alone!

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 10 surimi sticks
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Then, strain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Set aside.
  2. Cut the vegetables and surimi into small pieces and put them in a salad bowl.
  3. Then add the cream, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Add the pasta, mix to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. It is recommended to refrigerate it at least 30 min. before serving.
