Keep your kids in check

Although you should enjoy spending time at the restaurant with your friends and family, you should still make it a point to keep young children from getting into trouble. Remember that you're still in a public place, and allowing kids to run up and down between tables is not only hard on the servers — it can be discourteous to your fellow diners as well. The same goes for making a huge mess with their food. You already know what a pain it is to clean up after your kids at home—don't put that burden on your servers, too.
