Ingredients (for 24 pieces):
1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
24 cocktail sausages
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle into three smaller triangles.
Place one cocktail sausage at the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll up the dough around the sausage, starting from the wide end and moving to the point.
Place the rolled sausages on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Brush each wrapped sausage with the beaten egg and sprinkle the poppy seeds evenly over the top of each piece.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 min. or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
