Lemon Garlic Sauce
This bright and zesty sauce adds a perfect balance of tanginess and richness to any dish. Combining zesty lemon juice, savory garlic, and smooth butter, it’s especially delightful when paired with seafood pasta, giving each bite a burst of citrusy flavor that’s sure to please!
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- ½ tsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it begins to bubble gently.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 min., until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 min., allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and lemon zest for extra brightness.
- Drizzle this sauce over seafood pasta, grilled shrimp, or steamed vegetables.
