Lemon Garlic Sauce

This bright and zesty sauce adds a perfect balance of tanginess and richness to any dish. Combining zesty lemon juice, savory garlic, and smooth butter, it’s especially delightful when paired with seafood pasta, giving each bite a burst of citrusy flavor that’s sure to please!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • ½ tsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it begins to bubble gently.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 min., until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 min., allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and lemon zest for extra brightness.
  5. Drizzle this sauce over seafood pasta, grilled shrimp, or steamed vegetables.
