Pear and Brie Crostini
These no-bake pear and brie crostini are quick and easy to prepare, making them a perfect no-bake appetizer for any occasion. Creamy brie, juicy pears, crunchy pecans, aromatic rosemary, and a drizzle of honey come together on crispy baguette slices for a delightful bite. For extra crunch, toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes before chopping.
Ingredients (for 12 servings):
- 1 baguette, sliced into 12 thin rounds
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- If you prefer a crispy base, lightly toast the baguette slices in a toaster or under a broiler until golden. Alternatively, skip this step for a softer crostini.
- Lay the baguette slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with a piece of brie cheese and a thin slice of pear.
- Drizzle each crostini with honey and sprinkle with chopped pecans and finely chopped rosemary. Finish with a light pinch of sea salt for balance.
