Ingredients (serves 4):
1 cucumber
1/2 avocado
2 cups buttermilk
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 bunch parsley
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Wash the cucumber, cut off both ends, chop into large pieces, and add to the blender. Puree until smooth.
Add the avocado, buttermilk, and lime juice to the blender and puree.
Wash the cilantro and parsley, peel the garlic clove, and add them to the blender. Puree well.
