Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are not only delicious but also incredibly nutritious, making them a perfect start to your day. With the help of a blender, you can prepare them quickly and let them sit overnight for a fresh, ready-to-eat breakfast the next morning.


Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: almond flakes, shredded coconut, berries

Instructions:

  1. Add the oats, almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two bowls and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. The next morning, enjoy with your choice of toppings such as blueberries or shredded coconut.
