Ingredients (serves 4):
7 oz smoked trout
1 container Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 drops Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Check the trout for any bones and add it to the blender.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Season with pepper to taste. Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
