Michael, an Idaho native, started the bakery as a small bread delivery service, personally baking and delivering every loaf. Over the years, Acme Bakeshop has expanded to serve over 40 businesses in the Treasure Valley, including local restaurants, the Boise Co-op, and the Boise Farmers Market.
