Breakfast Totchos (Tater Tot Nachos)

Take your game-day brunch to the next level with these crispy, cheesy breakfast totchos! Golden tater tots are piled high with melted cheese, fresh salsa, and a perfectly fried egg for a hearty and indulgent bite. Whether you're fueling up for an early tip-off or just craving a fun twist on nachos, this dish is a slam dunk.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 4 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh salsa
  • 4 fried eggs
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. Transfer tots to a baking sheet, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and return to the oven for 3-5 min., until cheese is melted.
