Ingredients (for 6-8 servings):
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing
½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
Bake for 20-25 min., until bubbly and golden.
