Ingredients (for 2 flatbreads):
2 store-bought flatbreads or naan
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
? cup barbecue sauce, plus more for drizzling
1 cup shredded mozzarella or smoked gouda
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with barbecue sauce.
Place flatbreads on the baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Evenly spread the BBQ chicken over the flatbreads, then top with shredded cheese and red onion slices.
Bake for 10-12 min., or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
Drizzle with extra barbecue sauce and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
