Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

These bite-sized, flavor-packed mushrooms are filled with gooey melted cheese, topped with crispy breadcrumbs, and finished with fresh parsley for a pop of freshness. Baked until golden and tender, they’re an easy yet elegant appetizer that’s perfect for game day snacking. Cheesy, savory, and crispy on top—these mushrooms are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients (for 16 pieces):

  • 16 cremini or button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap, slightly mounding the filling.
  4. In a small bowl, toss breadcrumbs with olive oil, then sprinkle over the stuffed mushrooms.
  5. Bake for 18-20 min, until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
