The recipe

To make one smoothie, you'll need

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cut into small pieces
  • 4 cups kale or baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Place the ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth, and drink up!
