Nutritionists keep telling us over and over again that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Try to always make sure that you have some form of dairy, fruit, protein and carbohydrates  in the morning. Feel free to vary your pleasures, opting for boiled eggs, smoked salmon and baby spinach one day, and maybe granola with fresh fruit the next.
