The burrito goes all the way back to the 19th century, and today it's one of our all-time favorite foreign sandwiches. It's not hard to guess why. Take a piping hot flour tortilla, and garnish it with well-seasoned meat (beef, shredded pork, chicken), fresh lettuce, rice, beans and salsa—what more could you ask for? If you're not feeling quite that hungry, you can always sub tacos or enchiladas for "skinnier" versions.
