Germany - Leberkäse

This sandwich is a specialty from the south of Germany and Austria. Take a generous slab of liverwurst (similar in consistency to what we know as bologna), and slap it onto a round bread roll (in German it's called semmel). Season with mustard. Serve hot with potato salad on the side.
