Place 7 mint leaves in a glass, add 2/3 ounce of tea-infused simple syrup, the juice of 2 limes, and gently mash together with a muddler. Add 2 ounces of rum, 4 to 5 ice cubes and finish with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice or 2 mint leaves.
