Lemon Peach Sangria

You'll be feeling peachy after sipping on this lemon peach Sangria blend that would be the perfect liquid accompaniment to your Sunday brunch spread.

For this recipe, you'll need: 2 liters of red wine, 3 organic lemons, 3 peaches, 7 tablespoons sugar, 6 1/2 ounces of cognac and 16 1/2 ounces of sparkling water. Wash the fruits, peel the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Slice the lemons and remove their zests. Pour all the liquids (except the sparkling water) into a glass pitcher with the sugar. Stir well and let sit for at least 2 hours. Add the fresh sparkling water when ready to serve.
