Parmesan garlic bread fingers

Make this easy, garlicky appetizer in a snap! It's better than ordering overloaded Italian takeout. For 3 dozen bread fingers: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups warm water, 1 tablespoon instant yeast and 3 tablespoons olive oil. Mix in 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 1/4 teaspoons salt with a handheld electric mixer until you get a sticky dough. Spread the dough onto an 18x13 inch sheet pan lightly coated with cooking spray and drizzled with olive oil. Cut the dough into 18 strips (13 inches tall and 3/4 inch wide). Then cut in half down the middle. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. For the seasoning, mix together 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon oregano and 1/2 tablespoon dried basil. Brush the dough with olive oil, and evenly distribute the seasonings on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 °F until lightly browned. Serve with cheesy dipping sauce or marinara on the side.
