Add 1 medium-sized shallot to the bowl of your blender and pulse until finely chopped. Then add 1 cup cream cheese, 1 can of tuna (drained), a pinch of Cayenne pepper, the juice of 1 lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Add some chiseled chives, and blend again. Serve on lightly toasted baguette slices or use as a sandwich filling. You can also replace the tuna with canned mackerel or sardines, if desired.
