Makes 10 muffins

  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella for the muffin batter
  • 10 teaspoons Nutella for the molten centers

INGREDIENTS

  • Cream Cheese
  • Nutella
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

METHOD

  1. Mix together cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract
  2. In another bowl, whip milk to soft peaks using an electric mixer 
  3. Stir in with Nutella mixture
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream
  5. Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles
  6. Serve!
