Guac and chips

Honestly, who isn't a fan of guacamole and chips? Maybe the odd avocado-hater, but more often than not, this one is guaranteed to please. Guacamole is typically made with ripe avocados, fresh lemon juice, a pinch of salt, pepper, a clove of minced garlic and some chopped tomatoes. To prepare, mash the avocados with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. You can add a pinch of paprika or Cayenne and a dash of Tabasco sauce, if you want to give your guac a slight kick. Mix well, and chill slightly before serving with crunchy tortilla chips. Here are 19 other fabulous guacamole variations to try.
