Cheesy cigars

Arrange feta crumbles on the edge of a puff pastry sheet and sprinkle with dried basil leaves. Gently fold and roll the sheet up to make a cigar shape. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 °F or throw into a deep fryer. Cut into smaller pieces, and serve. You can also use other cheesy fillings (Mozzarella, goat cheese) or even finely chopped Prosciutto. Trust us, your guests will not stop at one puff.
