For 1 round cake (6 inch diameter) 

For the cake

  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 eggs, whites and yellows separated 
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 

For the white chocolate ganache 

  • 1 1/4 cups white chocolate
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream 
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Another 1 cup whole cream 

To garnish 

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
