These just might be the coolest 3D cookies Santa has ever seen, and they're not complicated to make. Break out your best sugar cookie recipe, and use star-shaped cookie cutters to make the "branches" and one round cookie cutter for the base and connecting pieces. Then stack them up, with icing in between to hold the layers together. When set, decorate with icing, sugar sprinkles and small round chocolate beads for the ornaments.
