Makes about 40 small truffles

• 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon of regular honey
• 2 1/2 tablespoons softened butter
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup grated coconut
• 1/3 cup crushed pralines
