Jelly-filled butter cookies

Combine sugar with softened butter, add the eggs, then the flour and baking powder. Mix well to combine. Store in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll out the cookie dough and make heart shapes out of it with a cookie cutter. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Spread the jelly onto the bottom halves, then top with the other half and spread more jelly on top.
